Everyone has seen documents begin with "this document will blah blah blah." It's actually part of another convention you've seen, documents busted into Section 2.1, then Section 2.1.1, then Section Whatever Point Whatever. That convention traces its roots back to Army training manuals. Folks, I suggest to you the tao of good copy is not based on Army training manuals. Instead of conventions, I'll offer clarity.
